Ma Po ToFu

Mapo tofu is one of the eight major cuisines of China's Sichuan. Constitute the main raw material from the tofu, which feature hemp, spicy, hot, fragrant, crisp, tender, fresh, live character.

Ingredients:
200 grams of tofu,100 grams ground pork , 15 grams garlic
seasons:
20 grams bean paste, 10 grams lobster sauce, 10 grams ginger, 0.5 grams chili powder, 1.5 grams pepper powder, 10 grams soy sauce, 1 gram salt (to taste) , 5 grams sugar, 3 grams wet starch (starch, add a little water and mix thoroughly), 150 grams broth (or water), 75 gram oil.
steps:
1, tofu cut into 2 cm square pieces, put a little salt added boiling water, boil about to remove the beany flavor, remove and soak with water. Tempeh, bean paste and chopped, garlic and cut into sections, ginger mince.
2, Heat wok, put oil, put the ground prok.
3, fried ground pork until golden brown ,put into the bean paste .
4, put into the lobster sauce, ginger, chili powder, stir-fry until pork with color.
5, add the broth and boil.
6, add tofu and cook for 3 minutes.
7, add soy sauce, garlic segment, sugar, salt seasoning (if you do not have enough salt).
8, with the wet starch can thicken.
9, filled out and sprinkle pepper noodles.

  2. Me too! I know this food, and it is very popular in Japan. We call this food Ma Bo Tofu. It looks very delicious.
